Include lunches, on-site wireless, free shuttle bus service between conference hotels and meeting venue, banquet/cruise and CD proceedings (see exceptions below).
Cancellation of registration prior to June 13, 2009 will be refunded in full minus a handling fee of $50; cancellation of registration prior to June 25, 2009 will be refunded at 50%. The registration fee is non-refundable after June 25, 2009.
At least one paper or poster author is required to register for the conference by May 1, 2009 in order to be included in the program and CD proceeding.
