Local Transportation

Getting to/from the airport

Zurich airport (Flughafen) is only 15 minutes from the main station (Zurich Hauptbahnhof) or 5 minutes from station Oerlikon in the north of the city. The city is covered by different fare zones; the airport is in zone 21 and the city center including the conference location is in zone 10.

 

Getting to/from the conference location

  • Option 1: Get to Bucheggplatz using tram 11 or 15, or bus 32, 40 or 72. Then take bus 69 to ETH Hönngerberg (Science City).
  • Option 2: Take bus 80 from Bahnhof Oerlikon Nord to ETH Hönngerberg.
